Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are free of lint or pet hair.

  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
